Clinical interests

Dr. Lewis is certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology. She specializes in the medical and surgical treatment of general disorders of the head and neck in adult and pediatric patients, but has a special interest in the comprehensive treatment of sleep disorders.

Research interests

The focus of Dr. Lewis' research is sleep surgery for the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea.

Professional activities

Dr. Lewis is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology, Committee for Sleep in Otolaryngology, and Mississippi Society of Otolaryngology.  She is also a member of American Academy of Sleep Medicine.  She was previously an assistant clinical professor at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.

Dr. Lewis has more than 13 publications in scientific journals and book chapters and has given numerous presentations.
